Rosalia

Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia (Spanish to mean "Rosalia") Rosalia Vila (Spanish for "Rosalia") is a Spanish pop and flamenco singer. From her teens, she's embraced the edges of popular and traditional music. Additionally, she is a pioneer in the realms of hip-hop, trap, and soul. Her voice is said by no less an artist than the flamenco guitarist Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp but with a bite like older versions. Her debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned her a Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist her 2018 follow-up El Mal Querer was a major critical and commercial breakthrough making it to the top of the Billboard Latin Pop Albums chart and finally receiving the Grammy. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. Motomami was a collaboration with a variety of artists, including Cory Henry, James Blake and many others. The album was released in 2022 as a result of an appearance on Saturday Night Live appearance by the singer Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia did her solo performance for the first time ever on the program. Along with taking home three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia also became the first woman to win the Latin Album of the Year twice.
